How to use an edible image?

  1. Prepare the cake or dessert
It is recommended to place the edible image on a smooth surface. The best options are fondant, marzipan, buttercream, chocolate ganache, or a stable cream.
  2. Apply the edible image
Carefully remove the protective film (for sugar paper) and place the edible image on the surface of the cake.
  3. Smooth the surface
With clean, dry hands, gently smooth the image so that no air bubbles form.
  4. Serve and enjoy
The cake is ready to serve. For best results, it is recommended to place the edible image a few hours before serving.

Important

  • Do not place the edible image on very moist or runny creams.
  • For whipped-cream cakes, it is recommended to use a protective layer of fondant or chocolate.
  • Wafer paper is more sensitive to moisture than sugar paper.
